Q1: I’m having difficulty getting hold of anyone in customer support?

It is our sincere intention to address your needs in a timely fashion and solve your problems. We have tried to make our services as simple as possible. Q2: My Certificate will not print or I am unable to view or print resources and coursework. What can I do?

Ensure your printer is functioning correctly by printing something else. If this still does not work, download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. You may also try right clicking on the certificate, and selecting print. You can download a trail version for free at http://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html

Once you download it follow the installation instructions and you should be able to open and print certificates, resources, and course materials using Adobe® Acrobat®. If you are still having problems send an e-mail to customer support with your user name, password, certification test, and the exact nature of your difficulty. Q3: I am having trouble logging into my course. What should I do?

Double check that you are using the correct username and password. Is your cap locks on? Additionally, some difficulties are caused by the settings on your computer. The easiest way to solve them is to clear your ‘cookies’. Follow these steps:

  • Go to the ‘Tools’ button on your internet window and drop down to ‘Internet Options’
  • Then go to the middle of the Internet options box and click on ‘Delete Cookies’.
  • It will take a minute for the cookies to delete.
  • Once the operation is complete, close the box and log back into the course.
  • If this does not work, try saving any open material, shutting down open applications, and re-start your computer.
  • Try to log back into the course again with your username and password.

Q4: I have a slow connection or my computer is old, thus my download times and certification testing processes are slow. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed or reliability of internet connections or computers. We strongly suggest a high-speed connection such that you can take advantage of our data rich resources available to you. We have however designed our certification process to run with older technologies and slow connections, thus the testing and certification process is available to more users. You may try the following for an improved experience.

  • Download applicable course syllabus, performance evaluations, and course materials onto other electronic media which can then be transferred to your computer and studied and printed. A USB jump drive or CD/DVD are great examples of such media.
  • Visit your local library or educational institution and utilize their computer and internet resources.
  • Print out materials, study at home, return and complete certification process at another time.

Q5: Once I complete my course how do I get a certificate? Can I get a quality certificate and wallet card as well?

You will be notified though the testing process that you have completed the course examination. Follow the directions and your certification will be ready for printing immediately. Simply go to the Student Dashboard and look under Certificates. We recommend using a color printer and a sheet of card stock if your printer will accept it. Heavy card stock paper with a high brightness will improve the professional appearance of your certificate. This will provide you with a high-quality certificate of completion for documenting your training course.

We are currently working on being able to provide a quality wallet card and certificate, and hope to be able to do so in the near future.

Q6: I forgot my User Name and Password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, go to www.experidoc.com and click on the “forgot password” link below the student login. Then enter your email address, which is your user name. You should receive an email to your email address with your password.

Q7: Must I complete my course in one sitting?

No! You do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the end of a section, you can log out and when you log back in, all of your information will be saved. Any module test or certification test that you have yet to complete will have to be repeated, however completed modules will be saved. When you return and log on, your clock timer will continue from were it last left off.

 

Q8: Can I register and pay for an employee or register multiple students?

Yes. A registration will remain in the user name and password that has been registered for the course. Feel free to enroll other employees, just provide them with their unique user name and password such that they can complete the certification course. If you are interested in registering a group of employees, please do so individually with unique user names and passwords or contact us at customer support at [email protected] for assistance. Discounts are available for group enrollees. If pre-paying for group enrollment, a redemption code or voucher with the number of enrollees will be provided.

 

Q9: Is there a time restriction on completing the course?

All coursework and certification testing must be completed within six months of registration and commencement of the course.

Q10: Can I set up a corporate account or get bulk discount rates?

Q11: How can I pay for the course? What is your refund policy?

You can pay for the course by check/debit card or credit card. If you are a corporate client that is signing up multiple students, you can set up a corporate billing account and be invoiced for your purchase at the end of each month.

Remember, Our training programs are FREE! Unfortunately, once you have paid for your certification and printed it, refunds are not provided. We encourage you to review the material and double check to make sure you have actually enrolled for the correct certification. Please review our Refund Policy

Q12: Who can I contact regarding Safety or Environmental questions or issues?

Our highly trained and competent staff of Subject Matter Experts (SME) can be reached by e-mail at [email protected]. We will do our very best to get back with you in the shortest amount of time possible. Our SME’s experiences are extensive and we are available for a multitude of issues regarding OSHA, EPA, MSHA, and DOT regulatory issues, as well as safety and health program implementation and development.

Q13: Do you accept any type of financial aid?

Sorry, financial aid is not available for our courses.

Q14: I have an emergency and I do not have time to e-mail you and wait for your response! Can’t I just call you?

We have an emergency contact number for such cases. Please only use this number for emergent conditions. We will do our best to help you and resolve your issue in a prompt fashion through e-mail.   • Nature of emergency
  • Your unique username
  • Your password
  • Certification test you have registered for, if applicable
  • Nature of your difficulty.

 

Q15: Hey I need help, OSHA is at my door! or, Wow, I don’t have the elements of an effective safety and health program in place! What do I do?

Contact your local safety organization(s). ExperiDoc recommends obtaining the services of a Certified Safety Professional where available prior to having a regulatory inspection. If they can not help, contact our Certified Safety Professional at [email protected] .
