Refund Policy

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind all of our certifications and attest and affirm that our training experience, when the course syllabus is followed, meets and exceeds applicable regulatory training requirements. Please contact our US-based support team for assistance with technical troubleshooting or any other issues or concerns you may have.

Customers who have not yet attempted a test or exam, have not requested or been issued a certificate, or completed the course, may be eligible for a refund. Students who feel they are eligible for a refund must submit their request in writing (via e-mail or post) within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund reason. Please note that a $10 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if a refund is granted.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or complete any other in-course performance assessment requirements.
  • Failure to determine adequacy of a course/certification in meeting an employers requirements.
  • Failure to succesfully navigate the Experidoc website and testing and certification portal.
  • Failure to pass identity validation requirements.
